The company operates a Doctor-Patient Model in its service offering and delivery.
Upon request, personnel of the Research and Development Department visit the farmland to obtain soil samples for analysis at the Company’s Laboratory facility.
Thereafter, recommendation is made to the customer and or farmer on the appropriate nutrient/fertilizer application.

The Company relates to customers as Partners and adopts the principle that our growth is dependent on the level of speed and flexibility in delivering our products to their designated locations.
Therefore, by mutual negotiation and agreement with the customer, we deploy our internal logistics to arrange the carriage and haulage of the products to the customer’s designated warehouse eliminating for the customer, the attendant distractions associated with transporters, stress and cost of travelling

Masterchem Economic Ordering Model

This service is designed for big customers with large demand for fertilizers of various types.
Our team works with the customer’s procurement team to align logistics regarding demand structure, ordering and consumption levels, product experience and planting seasons.  This ensures that appropriate requirements are delivered at the farm locations as at the time they are needed, a JIT model.

Masterchem Extension Service Model

We partner with firms, Local, State and Federal Agencies to carry out agro-based practical training for farmers, farmers’ co-operative societies and settlements to promote investment in farming and agri-business and to attract the youths to the abundant opportunities in this segment of the Nigerian economy.
This is in realization that the agricultural sector holds enormous potential to reduce unemployment in Nigeria.
