MASTERCHEM ICALS AND FERTILIZER LIMITED is a subsidiary of MASTERCHEM GROUP OF COMPANIES.
A wholly owned indigenous company incorporated in 2017 to blend and distribute hi-yield and tested fertilizers to the Nigerian's re-emerging agricultural sector.
We are a team of chemical and agricultural engineers with over 20 years of working experience in the fertilizer industry.
We also have a department called "MASTERCHEM LOGISTICS" that manages logistics at an affordable cost.
Our founding philosophy is born out of the compelling quests to empower the dwindling agricultural sector that is supposed to be bedrock of the nation's economy.
We are not unaware of the challenges of running a mono economy, challenges of rural-urban migration, mass youth unemployment, scarcity of foods here and there in spite of vast vegetations in the mix of hardworking Nigerians.
That is why MASTERCHEM has come up with varying antidotes to support the present government of change to share prosperity among Nigerians by blending specialized and affordable hi-yield fertilizers across the country.

Mr. Onyesom is married with 3 children and hails from Ukwuani. He is currently the Managing Director of the company. He is qualified as a Chartered Administrator since 1999 (ACIA), a member of ICAN with PGD in (Accountancy) from the University of Port-Harcourt, M.Sc in Entrepreneurship Management from National open University of Nigeria, B.Sc. in Business Management from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Certificate in Project Management, a member of British PMP.
He started his working career from Stemco Construction Company/Setraco Nig. Ltd, Cameron Road in Ikoyi, Lagos since 1996 as an account Officer, Head of Account Department with Advance International Merchants Ltd, Ikeja, Marketing Manager in Teelad Investment, Ikeja. Head of Administration and later the GM, SIOtel in Victoria Island, Lagos.
He has also worked with Omega Mortgage Bank, GM in M10 Africa (Lagos Island) and a Managing Partner with EMAC SHELTER LTD in Lagos. He was the General Manager of Validivar Fertilizer and Chemicals Ltd before joining the Board of MASTERCHEM. He is a seasoned management expert with a burning desire to create mass employment for serious minded youths in Nigeria.
He is naturally endowed in implementation of organizational restructuring, re-engineering mechanism, planning, co-ordination, analytical reporting skill, target driven, and a robust relationship skills with high level of integrity and exceptional leadership skills.
Dr. Chikunie is a native of Ubulu-Okiti. He had his primary education at Orogodo Primary school, Agbor. He schooled at Owa-Alero Secondary Commercial School, Owa Alero. He graduated from Philosophy department, University of Lagos in 1999. He also bagged a Masters degree in Philosophy and Ph.D in Socio-Political Philosophy from the same University. He has travelled very widely and is married with two sets of twins as surviving children.
Dr. Ifeanyi Chikunie began an aviation career in 2002 as a space controller. He was assistant sales manager before he reached the pinnacle of his aviation career in the year 2006 had risen to the position of a country manager of Belview airlines limited in Ginuea Conakry.
He left the aviation industry in 2014 for private business before joining UNILAG after his doctorate degree in 2017. He is presently a Director in the board of Master Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited.
Engr. Animam has over 17 years' hands on experience in chemical manufacturing industries and fertilizer production having previously worked with a pioneering NPK blending plant in Nigeria. He started his working career at Chemiron International, HENLEY Group, Drury Industries, Plant Manager 2012 to 2014 in Prime Gold Fertilizer, Port Harcourt, River State.
He was Project Manager and Maintenance Manager from 2011 to 2012 in Chemiron International, Ogba, Lagos, Head of Maintenance from 2006 to 2011 in Henley Industry, Agbara, Ogun State, Fitter Machinist from 2004 to 2006 in Niger Dock Plc, Tincan Island Lagos, Validivar fertilizer before joining the Board of MASTERCHEM. He is good at engineering design and fabrication of Small Scale Industrial Machinery thereby reducing over reliance on importation and the attendant FOREX loss.
Engr. Chime is responsible for all the production processes, laboratory analysis and quality control. He has ND Upper credit in chemical engineering from Bida Polytechnic, B.Tech (Second class Upper) degree in chemical engineering from Ladoke Akintola University Osun State. He is a graduate member of Nigerian Society of engineers, HSE.
He lectured physics, chemistry and mathematics. He worked in Quality control department with Seven - Up Bottling company, production engineer at Validivar Fertilizer and Chemicals before joining the board of MASTERCHEM. He is gifted in project planning and quality implementation. He has over 10 years experience in chemicals and production factory.
Engr. Ndubuisi is an indigene of Oshimili North, Delta State. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) and M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State. He is Certified by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) 2017 (Digital Bridge Institute), Certified by the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
He lectured in Delta State Polytechnic Ozoro, Delta State. Indorama Eleme Petrochemical Company Limited, Port-Harcourt where he carried out maintenance and servicing of Reactors, Heat Exchangers, Distillation Columns and Pumps.
He participated fully in shutdowns, Turn Around Maintenance-3 (TAM-3) activities and start-ups. He also participated in the effective running of the Finishing unit and Distillation columns for optimum performances. He monitors effluent quality in line with statutory requirements.
Engr. Elisha Victor is an engineering designer with HSE 1, 2 & 3 Management system. He has a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng) From Federal University Of Technology Minna, Niger State and an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (Design and Manufacturing) from University of Benin respectively.
He did his I.T in SHELL PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, PORT HARCOURT in their maintenance department. He worked with NIGER STATE TRANSPORT AUTHORITY majoring in their power and pump sets maintenance. He has undertaken several designs and fabrications.
Taiwo Musediku Adebayo has over fifteen years experience in Information Technology and Banking as well as audit and consultancy. Mr. Adebayo brought a lot of experience to the Audit and Quality Control Assurance in Mouka foam.
He is responsible for Internal Audit Functions of the company. He directs and manages the overall performance of internal audit assignments including planning, budgeting, identification of key risks, development of internal audit programs, reviewing & analyzing the audit evidence and directing the documentation of the business processes and procedures..
He communicates the results of the Audit Plan to the Managing Director. He brought his wealth of experience that ensures and upholds the company's standards to the professional practices of Internal Auditing, the Code of Ethics, Best Practices and the Code of Governance.
He holds Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master degree in Management Science from University of Lagos.
He is a qualified chartered Accountant.
Mr. Ibobo holds a Masters degree in Public health (Environmental Health) from University of Ibadan and B.Sc- Physiology from Delta State University, Abraka.
He attended Ethiope Primary School, Umutu, Delta State and Umutu Mixed Secondary School, Umutu.
Mr. Ibobo has worked as a lecturer in higher institution and several organizations before joining Master Chemicals and Fertilizer Limited.
Mr. Ajibade Olayemi holds B.Sc in Geography from University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Masters degree in Educational Administration and Planning from National Open University of Nigeria.
He worked at Unity Bank (Onitsha branch) as Branch service Manager/Cross Selling officer where he handles the Sales, Business Development, Banking Operations and Business Strategy, Trade Services (Import and Export) and later the Business Development Manager with Martad Energy Resources Ltd in Lagos before joining MASTERCHEM as the Business Development Manager.
He is currently handling the national sales management consultancy of Masterchem. He has been working since 2007.
Mr. Odigwe attended Amuwo Odofin Boys Secondary school, Mile 2, Lagos. He bagged B.Sc in Accounting from Delta State University, Abraka in 2005 (second class Upper), a member of ICAN.He possesses diploma in computer based accounting from Gemini Computer College, Ifako, Lagos.
Mr. Odigwe has occupied various top career positions in different organizations in finance before joining Master Chemicals and Fertilizer Company.
He was the regional accountant/auditor at Mountain of Fire & Miracles Ministries. He was also Account/Inventory officer at Edysyl bookshops, Limited, Lagos and Account Officer at Brain Power, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Mr. Chukwuma Innocent Chekwube is currently the Accountant of the company.
He holds a B.Sc Degree in Accounting from University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba.
He has worked in various organizations such as Lagoon Trade Nig. Ltd. Liverpool, Apapa, Lagos 2007, Standard Metallurgical Company 2014, before joining the company.
Mr. Charles Ogidi is the Marketing Executive of the company.
He holds a B.Sc in Economics, from Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State, PGDE NTI.
He worked in Axa-Mansard Insurance Company, Lekki, Lagos as Marketer (2012-2014) and Kates Associate as a Sales Representative.
Obi Dennis has B.Sc in Accounting from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State.
He is a partly qualified chartered Accountant. He has over six years working experience in both Telecommunications Company and Manufacturing Sector.
He has brought his wealth of experience to Master Chemicals and Fertilizer Limited. He ensures that all financial transactions and policies of the organization are strictly adhered to.
She was born in Sapele, Delta state. She attended Picfleur Montoserri primary school (1996-2004), proceeded to Unique International school where she concluded her secondary school education (2005-2011). She has a B.Sc.(Second Class Upper) In Agricultural Science from Delta State university, Anwai Campus. (2012-2017).
She worked with the deputy governor of Niger state, as a protocol officer, she excels in good communication skills, possesses good interpersonal relationship, understands team work and has basic computer skills. She is good in the integration of social media to project the marketing of the company's product lines.
He has Diploma in Environmental Health, Safety & Security Management from University of Port Harcourt, He has worked with OIS (Oil & Industrial services Limited as HSE supervisor, Geocean/Total E&P at Chemeron before joining Masterchem.
She attended Amai Mixed Secondary Commercial School, She has NCE in Micro Biology/Chemistry from Agbor College of Education. A Chemistry/ Biology teacher before joining Masterchem.
She has over 5 years in fertilizer industry.
He has NCE (Agricultural Science) from Federal college of Education, Asaba and over 5 years industrial experience.
He has B.Sc (Agricultural Science) in View from National open University with over 6 years industrial experience.
